Fr. Ragan Shriver, PsyD, presenter, discusses practical and spiritual dimensions of ministry for those affected by incarceration and detention who are often living with past and present trauma.

He began his social work career as a therapist in an alternative sentencing program in Knox County, Tennessee, where he provided psychological evaluations in the county jail, individual and group therapy. Fr. Shriver is the former executive director of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee.
