The presenters are S. Rita Mary Harwood, SND, and Harry J. Dudley, D.Min. S. Rita is Secretary of Parish Life and Development for the Diocese of Cleveland. Her work on the front lines of prison ministry in Cleveland has helped grow a volunteer base of over 400 volunteers. Dr. Dudley is consultant and founder of Ambulans Vobiscum Consulting, LLC, and recently retired from the position of Assistant Director of Certification for the USCCB, Secretariat for Catholic Education. Dr. Dudley has extensive experience in recruiting and training volunteers in church and non-profit settings.
