This video was recorded at the 2018 National Catholic Prison Ministry Conference held October 12-13 in Milwaukee, WI, and is being made available by Dismas Ministry. The video features the stories of two formerly incarcerated men and highlights their experiences in prison, their journey of re-entry, and how their Catholic faith provided foundational support along the way.

The presenters are Joshua Stancil and Curtis Gibson. Mr. Stancil spent time in North Carolina prisons. He is a published author, founder of Deep River Media, LLC, President of the prison ministry non-profit Connexus, and a member of Dismas Ministry Board. Mr. Gibson spent time in Oregon prisons and has twenty-five years experience as a real estate developer. He is Vice President of Dismas Ministry Board.

Dismas Ministry is a national, Catholic outreach that provides materials free of charge to those who request it. These materials include: Catholic bibles, correspondence courses on the bible, faith, prayer, and social justice, and a pocket-size prayer book created by and for prisoners called Pray in the Spirit. These materials are available in English and Spanish. In addition, materials are available to victims of crime, families of prisoners and victims, members of the community, and anyone interested in becoming involved in prison ministry work.
