This video was recorded at the 2018 National Catholic Prison Ministry Conference held October 12-13 in Milwaukee, WI, and is being made available by Dismas Ministry. The video features the stories of two formerly incarcerated men and highlights their experiences in prison, their journey of re-entry, and how their Catholic faith provided foundational support along the way.
The presenters are Joshua Stancil and Curtis Gibson. Mr. Stancil spent time in North Carolina prisons. He is a published author, founder of Deep River Media, LLC, President of the prison ministry non-profit Connexus, and a member of Dismas Ministry Board. Mr. Gibson spent time in Oregon prisons and has twenty-five years experience as a real estate developer. He is Vice President of Dismas Ministry Board.
