The Crossroads Sober Living program provides supportive housing with effective, integrated services designed for clients who are seeking a stable, self-sufficient life. The program works to identify, intervene, and stabilize highly complex individuals in Washoe County who are generally homeless and/or formerly
incarcerated and may be suffering from substance use disorder, mental health conditions, or both. Individuals who qualify for the Crossroads program are provided with a wide range of support and services based on their individual needs, including a peer-led alcohol and drug free supportive environment, intensive and targeted case management, access to outpatient community providers of medical and behavioral health treatment services, and basic life skills and life management programming. Community outreach, collaboration, and networking play an essential part to our clients returning to their community as independent, focused, and productive individuals.
